Born in Moldova (1969). Graduated from the local university. Earnt my PhD in Moscow (English Literature). Taught at a private university in Moldova in 1998-2004 (Englis Literature). Moved to the UK in 2004. Became a freelance translator, writer, tutor. Taught English to foreigners and Russian to English people. Member of the Browning Society. Published some articles and attended conferences on Robert Browning and Elizabeth Barrett Browning. Edited the Russian section of the Reader in European Romaniticism.
